Pillar of Shadowy Light-Gloom

The amount of shadowy darkness that shows up in this fractal is sinister feeling to me. It surrounds and overshadows the light in my opinion and makes it a much more foreboding piece. Squee. The dichotomy of it I really enjoy. You think because it's a light background it will be light, hopeful, brilliant, instead it strikes me as dark and oppressive. And still the same fractal and same gradient as before.

I'm pleased with both of these.
